Established in 2018 as a business which primarily focuses on completing competent home inspections for people\u00a0wishing to obtain a truthful wind mitigation report, four-point report or a roof certification without the pressure of having to\u00a0placate the insurance industry giants. We are a father and son team located in Broward County, Florida and focus our\u00a0inspections in the Tri-County are of Miami Dade, Broward and South Palm Beach, Florida.<\/p>\n

We are a local company that lives and\u00a0works in this area and are intimately familiar with local building rules and regulations. Licensed and insured as a State General\u00a0Contractor since 1983 not many people have been involved in the building industry as long as we have. 2 years ago we shifted\u00a0our focus to helping home owners obtain the maximum discounts available but not always offered when obtaining home\u00a0insurance. It is our belief that without an advocate on your side, the inspection process is often slanted to benefit the large\u00a0insurance carriers and some inspection companies rely on the majority of their business being direct referrals from these major\u00a0carriers. We have seen countless reports that are incorrect and the results are quite consequential to the home owner and the\u00a0available discounts were not given and this can be quite costly.<\/p>\n
