We are a father and son team located in Broward County, Florida and focus our inspections in the Tri-County are of Miami Dade, Broward and South Palm Beach, Florida.

Licensed and insured as a State General Contractor since 1983 not many people have been involved in the building industry as long as we have. 2 years ago we shifted our focus to helping home owners obtain the maximum discounts available but not always offered when obtaining home insurance.
