Established in 2018 as a business which primarily focuses on completing competent home inspections for people wishing to obtain a truthful wind mitigation report, four-point report or a roof certification without the pressure of having to placate the insurance industry giants. We are a father and son team located in Broward County, Florida and focus our inspections in the Tri-County are of Miami Dade, Broward and South Palm Beach, Florida.
We are a local company that lives and works in this area and are intimately familiar with local building rules and regulations. Licensed and insured as a State General Contractor since 1983 not many people have been involved in the building industry as long as we have. 2 years ago we shifted our focus to helping home owners obtain the maximum discounts available but not always offered when obtaining home insurance. It is our belief that without an advocate on your side, the inspection process is often slanted to benefit the large insurance carriers and some inspection companies rely on the majority of their business being direct referrals from these major carriers. We have seen countless reports that are incorrect and the results are quite consequential to the home owner and the available discounts were not given and this can be quite costly.
